A boy discovers a mysterious personal computer girl.
Hideki Motosuwa, a student trying to get into college, finds a "persocom" (personal computer) in the form of a beautiful girl, whom he names Chi. Chi has no data and Hideki tries to discover her origins while teaching her about the world.
