The TV series: This is available on DVD, and has also been televised more than once - it should be readily available to english-speakers, particularly in america.
The movie: This has also been given a DVD release through Columbia Tristar, and should be easy to find.
Soundtracks: I've not seen any sign of the overseas release of these soundtracks; it may still be in the works (or at least should be).
Manga: Both manga series (the two-volume and three-volume) have been released by Tokyopop, translated into english.
