Trigun

A science fiction western anime series following Vash the Stampede, a legendary gunman with a $60 billion bounty on his head for allegedly destroying numerous cities. Despite his reputation, Vash is actually a pacifist who avoids killing and tries to save lives. The series, created by Yasuhiro Nightow, follows Vash as he travels across the desert planet Gunsmoke, encountering various adversaries while being pursued by insurance agents Meryl Stryfe and Milly Thompson.
