The Infinity College building erupts, as the inner senshi fall from above, and Mistress 9 calls her master Pharaoh 90 to begin his transformation... Hotaru's soul still fights Mistress 9, and bursts from her, taking the hoste and the Imperium Crystal with her! ChibiUsa awakes, and Hotaru's soul vanishes... ChibiUsa transforms and joins the battle, as does Tuxedo Kamen. Mistress 9 becomes a daimon, and Usagi transforms to Super Sailor Moon again, as ChibiMoon gets her own Grail and transforms too! Together, they turn to fight...
Usagi and ChibiUsa combine their powers, but it only increases the daimon's power... the inner senshi join the fight against Pharaoh 90 with little success. ChibiUsa falls, as does the daimon. Pharaoh 90 grows darker and the other senshi fall, leaving Usagi alone... She takes the grail and leaps - straight down into Pharaoh 90! The talismans begin to resonate, and Sailor Saturn materialises above Pharaoh 90 - she sucks away his power, and prepares to drop her Silence Glaive, to destroy the world...
Saturn poises her Glaive, ready to destroy Pharaoh 90... as Sailor Moon appears from below, glowing with light! Pharaoh 90 retreats through the portal to the Tau System, and Saturn turns to follow. She calls to Pluto to close the portal, which she does, and Saturn vanishes. Usagi becomes Neo Queen Serenity, and lifts her sceptre to bring rebirth to the world... and a baby appears among the wreckage - Hotaru reborn! The outer senshi decide to raise her, promising to return in the future... and vanish. But the senshi know; they will see them again.
December - Luna takes a walk to Artemis' and gets caught in an accident, but is saved by an astronomer Kakeru Ozora. Kakeru discovers a comet, which he names "Snow Princess Kaguya"... it's on a collision course with Earth, but it disappears before it can hit. Luna continues to visit him, and finds out about his companion Himeko, his dizzy spells, and a crystal he found... she starts to fall in love with him, as the senshi get suspicious. Kakeru takes a trip to America, and Luna follows him...
Kakeru remembers his past dreams, and his dizzy spells get worse - he has a heart problem, so he's taken back to Japan and hospitalised. The senshi plan a christmas party, while in the hospital Kakeru is visited by an apparition of a woman - Snow Princess Kaguya! Luna discovers the intruder, and calls Usagi, who chases it away. Kakeru's crystal keeps growing. Usagi and Luna explain the invading enemy to Himeko, who is then accepted for the next space mission! Luna sees her kiss Kakeru, and she runs away heartbroken... Himeko breaks the crystal before she leaves, enraging Kaguya who launches her attack on Earth, taking Kakeru with her!
The outer senshi escape with Kakeru, as Kaguya mocks the others and overpowers them effortlessly... Luna, hearing of the snowstorm, rushes to Kakeru in the hospital as his condition worsens. Himeko strengthens her resolve to go into space, as the senshi do battle with Kaguya, and Usagi transforms to Super Sailor Moon... With the other senshi she pursues Kaguya into space, and uses her Rainbow Moon Heartache to destroy Kaguga! Himeko's spaceship launches. Sailor Moon then grants Luna her greatest wish - she transforms her into a human! Together with Kakeru she floats through space and confesses her love to him... and he awakens from his sickness! And Luna returns home to the Christmas party and her friends.
